CANCELLATION POLICY

At Ethereal Esthetics & Wellness, we value your time and ours. To ensure the best experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you review and follow our cancellation and rescheduling guidelines.

1. Appointment Changes

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible at etherealestheticsandwellness@gmail.com, or reschedule internally through your account.

We appreciate advance notice so we can offer the appointment time to another client.

2. Cancellation Window

We require at least 24 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests.

  • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to the full service amount.

This policy helps our practitioners manage their schedules and ensures fairness to all clients.

3. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying the next appointment.
The full service fee will still apply.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and may be treated as a late cancellation.

4. No-Show Policy

Clients who miss an appointment without any notice may be charged the full service fee and may be required to prepay for future bookings.

5. Emergencies

We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an unavoidable situation, please reach out - we handle these instances with understanding and fairness.
